Once an A-surface has been created Corvex can engineer the product through to tooling, adding tolerances, clearances, fixings, clips, ribs and draft where necessary. Corvex has a good understanding of tooling processes, and tooling is at the forefront of all design work that is undertaken. Corvex has a good relationship with many prototype companies, so as a result they are able to have good quality prototypes produced for a reasonable price, within a short time scale. Corvex staff have a wide engineering background, so have a good understanding of assembly techniques, hydraulics, pneumatics, manufacture, and some, electronics, and this experience is used throughout all design work that is undertaken. Corvex has experience of solving engineering problems in many fields, delivering multiple concepts to enable an idealistic solution to be selected, and further developed as far as required.
